Second release under the new process. This update focuses on service hiring and tracking in the Back Office, plus security and stability fixes in the Client Portal.
New screens for requesting documents from people outside the platform, in both authenticated and public modes. Recipients upload files through a link, with no account required.
Creating a request now requires at least one mandatory document — previously an empty request could be created, which asked nothing of anyone.
Fixes for session errors that could interrupt usage and force a new login. Credential renewal is now handled resiliently, with an automatic retry instead of an on-screen error.
Two findings from security analysis:
Fixed the "413 — Content Too Large" error that blocked uploads above a certain size.
The Key Shareholders / Members table now reflects AI file processing without a manual page refresh, as does the classification queue.
The hiring cycle is complete in this release:
The service anchor date is now the start date rather than the deadline, correcting the calculations derived from it.
Some of what shipped is delivery infrastructure with no user-facing effect: API documentation split by gateway, missing database indexes, release process automation, and observability adjustments.
v2.2.0 follows v2.1.0. The version is the same across every service participating in the release — here, the Client Portal/Back Office and the API. The AI document classification services had no changes and remain at v2.0.0.
A scheduled routine now updates service events without manual action.
Layout adjustment and a fix for images that failed to render in some email clients.
